In the year 2020, the journey of series ‘Panchayat’ on rural life started. Season 4 OTT platform of the series, which has completed its three spectacular stops, is ready for a premiere on July 2 on Amazon Prime Video, which will see the fun journey of favorite characters and their life story.
In the latest season video revealed, Secretary G, Pradhan Ji and Phulera residents will be shown facing new challenges and carrying out some unique exploits. In ‘Panchayat’, Jitendra Kumar plays the role of ‘Secretary G’, as well as Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, Shanwika, Chandan Roy, Faisal Malik, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar and Pankaj Jha.
The ‘Panchayat’ is a heart touching comedy and entertainment series based on the background of rural India. The show is based on the life of Abhishek (Jitendra Kumar), who is appointed as Secretary of Gram Panchayat in Phulera village. Unhappy with the life of the village, Abhishek stays in the panchayat office and starts preparing for competitive examinations. During his visit, Abhishek Pradhan-Patti (Raghubir Yadav), village Pradhan (Nina Gupta), Prahlad Cha (Faisal Malik) and Gram Panchayat’s Office Assistant Vikas (Chandan Roy) become special friends.
The viral fever has created ‘Panchayat’ in association with Deepak Kumar Mishra and Chandan Kumar. Chandan Kumar has also prepared the script of the series and has taken over the burden of direction by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Akshat Vijayvargiya.
