Difficult to stop tears while listening to the song
After this Manoj also told the real reason. He said, ‘Actually it was something else. Shammi ji had said that he was not supposed to cry in that scene of the film, but Shankar-Jaikishan had made the song so emotional that he was afraid that he would not be able to control his tears during the shooting. He had said, ‘I know myself… please change this song.’ Manoj Muntashir further told that Shammi Kapoor himself had said in an interview that it was very difficult for him to control his tears while shooting this song.
