Celina told that she is not being allowed to meet her three children, due to which she is even more upset.

Celina Jaitley married Peter Haag in 2011. One year after marriage, i.e. in 2012, the actress became the mother of twins Winston and Viraj. After this, in the year 2017, Celina again gave birth to twins Shamsher and Arthur. However, Shamsher died in the same year due to heart related disease. According to Times of India, in September last year, Celina’s husband Peter suddenly divorced her, after which Celina filed a complaint of assault and domestic violence against her husband in November 2025. Celina had told in this interview that she had received a divorce notice just before her 15th wedding anniversary.

Celina Jaitley had filed a case against husband Peter Haag in November 2025, accusing him of domestic violence. This case has been registered in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class located in Andheri, Mumbai. The actress had filed a petition in a Mumbai court on November 21, after which a notice was issued to Peter, a resident of Austria. The divorce hearing of Selina and Peter has started.

According to the report of Times of India, Celina has filed a case of domestic violence, cruelty and manipulation against her husband Peter under the Domestic Violence Act. He has asked for a compensation of Rs 100 crore from Peter. Apart from this, the actress has demanded maintenance of Rs 10 lakh every month. At present this matter is currently in the court.

Celina’s three children (Winston, Viraj and Arthur) are currently in Austria with her husband Peter Haag. She is taking the help of law for the custody of her children.
