Addressing the audience, the actress said, “Sorry guys, one more short break and then I’ll be back. I know I have to take maternity leave now. But I’m very happy.” Along with this, Samantha confirmed that she will be taking some time off from work as she is preparing to become a mother.
Before Samantha’s announcement, ‘Ma Inti Bangaram’ director Nandini Reddy had also confirmed the news. Speaking to ‘Cinema Express’, the filmmaker said, “The news of her pregnancy has come at a very good time, especially considering the success of our film ‘Ma Inti Bangaram’.”
