Protests by students are continuing at Jantar Mantar in the capital Delhi against the alleged question paper leak of various competitive examinations including NEET-UG. Meanwhile, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has openly expressed his opinion on the issue of paper leak and supported the agitating students. Salman Khan shared a detailed message on social media platform ‘X’ and expressed deep disappointment over the violent incidents that took place during the protest.
He also said that this issue should not be politicized. He wrote, “This issue is between the students and the education system. This should not be given a political colour. The credit for this should go only to the students of our country.”

He further added, “I really appreciate their stand. They have shown dedication, honesty and willingness to work hard to build their future and create a better, educated India. This movement, this protest, is the right way and the students have done it peacefully. Very courageous and brave. Inspired and excited about education, this generation will make India proud.”
The note also said, “This issue is between the students and the education system, it should not be given a political colour, the credit should go only to the students of our country, and I am sure that the government will also give them full support and strengthen the education system. Why are students protesting in Delhi?
Students in Delhi are protesting against the leak of question papers in competitive exams including NEET UG and demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. On Wednesday, Leader of the Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi, in a press conference, claimed that papers have been leaked more than 152 times in the country in the last 10 years and said that no action was taken to fix responsibility.
At the same time, Union Health Minister JP Nadda said that investigation into the alleged paper leak cases is going on and assured that the issue of NEET-UG paper leak will be discussed in Parliament.
