South cinema’s favorite stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna got married on 26th February in a very beautiful and traditional ceremony. After their ‘dreamy wedding’, the couple was first spotted at the airport in Udaipur, the lake city of Rajasthan.

When the couple reached the airport after the wedding, Rashmika was seen in a beautiful red Indian suit, while Vijay chose a stylish Indo-Western outfit. Paparazzi and fans were desperate to get a glimpse of him.

Royal style of bride and groom
For the main wedding ceremony, both of them wore outfits by designer Anamika Khanna. Rashmika Mandanna wore a heavy saree with dark rust and red border, giving her a royal bridal look.
Vijay Deverakonda wore a traditional ivory colored dhoti along with vermillion colored angavastram, which was giving him a unique and cultural look.

The most special thing about this wedding was the traditional South Indian jewelery worn by Vijay and Rashmika. Vijay followed the tradition by wearing heavy gold necklaces, including a ‘kasu mala’ studded with coins and a long ‘haram’. He also wore ‘Odiyanam’ (golden belt) around his waist and ‘Kadukkan’ (earrings) in his ears. She wore ‘Kolusu’ (ankles) on her feet.
The gold ornaments in Rashmika’s braid are called ‘Jada Billa’. She paired her saree with ‘shoulder jewellery’ (shoulder chains), heavy maang tikka and layered gold necklaces, giving her the look of a royal bride.

Reception invitation to PM Modi
According to reports, the newly married couple met Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally. She has invited the PM for her grand wedding reception to be held in Hyderabad, pictures of which are going viral on social media.
