TV TRP List Week 42: On the occasion of Diwali, glimpses of Diwali celebration were seen in different ways in TV shows. Along with this, drama and twists were seen. Now Broadcast Audience Research Council i.e. BARC released the TV TRP list for the 42nd week on 30 October.
‘Bigg Boss 19’ has made a jump in the top 10 TV TRP list released by BARC this week. Whereas ‘Anupama’ and ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ have also made it to the top 10. See here the list of top 10 shows of this week…
Rupali Ganguly’s show ‘Anupama’ remains at number one. This week also this show entertained the audience the most. Kept the audience engaged with twists, emotional scenes and unadulterated entertainment. It got a rating of 2.1 in week 42. (TV show poster)
At number 2 is ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’. Smriti Irani’s ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ gave a tough competition to ‘Anupama’. This week Sakshi Tanwar’s entry attracted people. Like ‘Anupama’, it also got 2.1 TRP. (TV show poster)
Udne Ki Asha: Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Harsora’s ‘Udne Ki Asha’ retained the third position this week too. The audience is liking the show a lot. This week the show got a TRP of 1.6. (TV show poster)
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin starrer ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ stood at the fourth position. It got a TRP of 1.7. There was a slight decline in its numbers in the 42nd week. (TV show poster)
Tum Se Tum Tak: Sharad Kelkar and Niharika Chowksey’s ‘Tum Se Tum Tak’ stood at the fifth position. Ever since the show went on air, people are liking it. However, based on a long age gap relationship, the show recorded a TRP of 1.6 in Week 42. (TV show poster)
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: The ratings of the longest running sitcom ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ also could not make it to the top 5 and came down to number six. The show had a rating of 1.4 in the 42nd week. (TV show poster)

Vasudha: In the 42nd week, Vasudha, the Hindi version of Zee TV’s Marathi series ‘Paru’, remained at number eight. Despite the decline in ratings, it managed to retain its place in the top 10 with a 1.4 rating. (TV show poster)
