Amidst the ongoing divorce legal proceedings with husband Peter Haag, Celina has recounted the past moments spent with her children and described the deep mental trauma she endured and the painful journey to overcome it.This heart touching note of Celina is becoming increasingly viral on the internet, after reading which her fans are also looking very emotional.

Celina Jaitley shares an emotional old memory with her son amid divorce battle
Sharing a video in which she is seen having a fun time with her son in the garden, she wrote, “The strongest people are often the ones who are broken from within. People call me strong. But pain and trauma did not make me stronger. They broke me again and again, until I had no choice but to learn to heal myself.”

She continued, “Then, just when I think I’ve got myself under control, the wound starts bleeding again. Old memories come flooding back. The heart hurts so much it feels like it’s going to break again. So I stop. I turn away from the noise. I slowly separate myself from the pain, not to run from it, but to get through it. I gather the scattered pieces of myself, taking deep breaths during difficult times.” People often say, ‘Your shock has made you stronger.’ I remain silent. Because it’s not true.”
She concluded, “Trauma didn’t make me. It broke me. It took part of me away from me, left scars that no one can see, and made me grieve versions of myself that I can never fully get back. The strength people admire was never born from pain. It came from me. By deciding each time to overcome the thing that was trying to destroy me. Maybe the strongest people aren’t those. Those who never break are those who decide to get better even when they break…”
The video also includes a note that reads, “I never thought that the broken pieces could shatter further, until I saw my heart. My 3 sons, I miss you… I pray to God that all three of you come back into my life!”

This Mother’s Day, Celina shared another emotional post for her sons. She posted a happy old picture with Winston, Viraj and Arthur along with a heart-touching caption.
