In fact, officials said on Sunday that a television actress lodged a complaint of alleged harassment against her co-star during the Holi party in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. The incident occurred at a Holi party organized by the actress’s company, where the accused actor forced her forcibly colored despite repeated opposition from the actress.
The actress filed a complaint against the co-star
The 29 -year -old actress, who has worked in several TV serials and is currently associated with an entertainment channel, narrated her tragedy to the police. In his complaint, he said that the 30-year-old co-actor, who was present in the party, was intoxicated and treated him and other women present in the program unfairly. According to the actress’s complaint, she tried to actively escape the accused, even went far and hid behind a stall. However, the actor allegedly followed him and forced his face to apply color against his will. He further claimed that he improperly moved forward and said, “I love you, see who can stop me from coming to you”.
Distressed and shocked by the incident, the actress immediately fled to the washroom to handle herself. Later, he told his friends about the incident. Friends of the 29 -year -old actress faced the accused, but the situation turned into a scuffle. Subsequently, the actress along with her friends went to the nearest police station and lodged a complaint against the co-actor. The police have registered a case under Section 75 (1) (i) of BNS and issued notice to the accused and called for questioning. Further investigation is on.
