Actress Mouni Roy and Sooraj Nambiar have confirmed their separation. Meanwhile, an old video of Suraj has become a topic of discussion on social media. In a clip, Sooraj is heard saying that ‘he was in doubt about dating Mouni and the reason for this is that Mouni is an actor.’
Suraj was in doubt about marriage
Sooraj also told that he was against the idea of marriage for a long time and kept postponing it until Mouni applied her final pressure on him. Mouni told Sooraj to either get married or end the relationship.

Actually, during an interview with Sooraj, this question was asked that how do you feel about being the husband of an actor whose media and fans keep following him.
He replied, ‘In the initial phase of our relationship, Mouni and I met in Dubai and many places abroad. At that time it was not that she was surrounded by fans and media all the time. On my initial trips to Mumbai itself, I saw fans coming near him to take photographs and paps standing around to capture it. That was the first time I understood this.
He further said, ‘I was really in doubt. This made me realize that after marriage with Mouni, people will keep an eye on my personal life also. Well, with time I have got used to it.

Why was Suraj Nambiar shying away from the idea of marriage?
Sooraj Nambiar also told how he took the decision to marry Mouni Roy. He said, ‘For a long time, I remained against the decision of marriage. But after experiencing it for a year, I can say that it is fine and I suggest everyone to get married. Mouni was clear about marriage long ago.

After dating for a few years, Mouni said in clear words – either marry or leave. I just kept postponing it. And one day, I realized that if we didn’t get married, I would lose her. Then I realized that we should get married now. Because I knew that having her would make my life better.
