Sunny Deol has been working as a lead actor in Bollywood for 43 years. His debut was in the year 1983 with ‘Betaab’. Whereas Akshay Khanna entered Hindi cinema in the year 1997. His first film was ‘Himalaya Putra’. After this, he was seen in the film ‘Border’ this year. In the second film of his career, he got a chance to work with a legend like Sunny Deol.

‘Border’ had created history
29 years have passed since the release of Border. This film was released on 13 June 1997. In this, Akshay Khanna played the role of Dharamveer and Sunny Deol played the role of Major Kuldeep Singh. Artists like Pooja Bhatt, Sharbani Mukherjee, Rakhi Gulzar, Sudesh Berry, Punit Issar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda and Jackie Shroff were also part of the film.
The film was directed by J.P. Dutta did it. This 2 hours 56 minutes long film proved to be a huge blockbuster at the box office. The makers had spent Rs 10 crore in making Border. This war action film created a stir by earning a huge profit of 450 percent at the ticket window. The film collected Rs 39.30 crore in India and Rs 55 crore worldwide. When will ‘Ikka’ be released?
Talking about ‘Ikka’, Sunny Deol will be seen in the role of a lawyer in it. This courtroom drama film is releasing on Netflix on July 10. Apart from Akshay Khanna, Dia Mirza will also be seen with him in the film. It has been directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra.
