Popular actor and singer Sudhanshu Pandey has started his new innings with a special spiritual project close to the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri. The ‘Anupamaa’ fame actor has not only lent his voice to a soulful devotional song dedicated to Lord Shiva, but also shared his deep faith by sharing a personal note.

Actor and singer Sudhanshu Pandey recently lent his voice to a special devotional song dedicated to Lord Shiva. With the help of his friend and composer Karan Oberoi, the actor sang the song and in a heart-touching note explained why it was important to him.
Pandey shared a very personal note explaining why he never played the role of Lord Shiva on screen despite being asked for years. However, fate had something else in store. The actor told that his friend Karan Oberoi came to him with a song, he was confident that Pandey would do justice to it. This opportunity felt like God to him. Pandey described the experience as if he was getting the blessings of Mahakaal himself, and said that the song turned out very well.

Inspired by a spiritual journey, Pandey decided to capture and conceptualize photographs that showcase the essence of Sanatan culture. He transformed himself into his embodiment of Ardhanarishvara, a fusion of masculine and feminine forces.
Describing both the song and the portrait as gifts from the heart, Pandey dedicated the project to the divine power that he describes as the embodiment of creation and life itself.
Return to music after ‘Anupama’
Recall that in the year 2024, Sudhanshu Pandey surprised everyone by suddenly announcing his departure from the show after being a part of the hit show ‘Anupama’ for four years. During Instagram Live, he apologized to his fans and expressed his gratitude for their continuous support. After being eliminated from the show, Sudhanshu decided to focus on his singing talent and this new song is his first big step in the same direction.
