Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala Dutt stays away from the limelight but often expresses her views openly. Recently, Trishala revealed in an interview that she wanted to live with her father and hence she wanted to do Bollywood films.

In fact, during a conversation on the ‘Inside Thoughts Out Loud’ podcast, Sanjay Dutt’s daughter was asked if she had ever thought of coming to Bollywood. Reacting to this, Trishala said, “I had thought about it in my childhood. I was not thinking that I wanted to become an actress because acting is my passion, I just wanted to be close to my father.”
How did Sanjay Dutt react?
Trishala told that when she discussed this idea with her father Sanjay Dutt, what was his reaction. He revealed, “He’s been through a lot of tough times. He asked me, ‘Is this your passion? Do you feel drawn towards it?’ I said, ‘I just want to spend more time with you.’ So he said, ‘Come, let’s first talk about what you are interested in and then take you on that path. Just because you are so-and-so’s daughter, it doesn’t mean that you will become a famous actress and all the offers will start coming to you.'”
In the same conversation, Trishala talked about her decision to become a therapist and said that coming from a film family herself, she believes that there are very few people in the industry who talk openly about mental health. She said, “I just wanted to connect with people, let them know that whether you are in the industry or not, everything is not always good. We are also human beings like you.”

How does Trishala feel about being Sanjay Dutt’s daughter?
Earlier, in a conversation, Trishala was asked how she feels about being Sanjay Dutt’s daughter. She said, “To be honest, it feels normal, he is like any other father. When I am with him, it feels like I am with my father. It feels the same way you probably feel when you are with your father.”
Trishala is the daughter of Sanjay Dutt and his first wife Richa Sharma.
Let us tell you that Trishala Dutt was born in 1988 and she is the daughter of Sanjay Dutt and his first wife Richa Sharma. After Richa’s death in 1996, Trishala was raised by her maternal grandparents in America. Richa died of cancer, after her death, Sanjay Dutt married Rhea Pillai in 1998, but the couple separated in 2008. In the same year he married Manyata Dutt. Later, in 2010, the couple had twins, son Shahraan and daughter Iqra.
