Rajamouli has released the first official look of Priyanka Chopra as ‘Mandakini’ from the mega-budget epic, which has taken social media by storm.
Rajamouli shared two contradictory pictures
Director S.S. Rajamouli himself shared pictures of this new and impressive look of Priyanka Chopra on his official Instagram handle. Rajamouli has posted a total of two pictures, which show two different aspects of Priyanka’s character. In the first picture, Priyanka is seen in a black dress with a very aggressive and angry look, while in the second picture, she is seen smiling very politely and dancing with happiness.

Story of ‘Varanasi’
‘Varanasi’ S.S. This is going to be one of Rajamouli’s most ambitious films till date, in which science fiction, time travel and Indian mythology will be combined on a global level. In the film, Mahesh Babu is playing the lead role i.e. Rudra, who is an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva, and he will also be seen as Lord Ram in a part of the film. The story revolves around their dangerous journey spanning centuries and continents to acquire a powerful cosmic object.
However, their mission takes a major turn when they discover the true intentions of Kumbh, played by Prithviraj Sukumaran, who wants to conquer the world using the thing. The epic film, covering the time period from 7200 BCE to 2071, has a significant 30-minute segment inspired by the Ramayana. It takes the audience on a journey from the icy regions of Antarctica and the jungles of Africa to the spiritual city of Varanasi. ‘Varanasi’ is scheduled to release in theaters on April 7, 2027.
