This 2 minute 39 second trailer not only gives a glimpse of the return of actor Tom Holland as Peter Parker, but also introduces us to a very lonely, emotional and uncertain new phase in the life of this most favorite Marvel superhero. Taking place four years after Spider-Man: No Way Home, Peter is hiding his identity after he decided to erase himself from the memories of everyone he cared about.

The recently released two-minute, 39-second trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day reveals the truth about Peter Parker’s lonely life. The world is now completely unaware of his secret identity, so he has isolated himself from everyone else and dedicated his life to protecting New York City as Spider-Man.
However, new footage shows that carrying this responsibility alone is taking a toll on him, and the story also hints at a major clash between Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner and the Hulk.

The upcoming film hints at Peter’s powers changing in unexpected ways, causing him to struggle to maintain control over them. It also focuses on her fragile emotional state after the huge sacrifices she made in No Way Home. Completely isolated from those who once knew and loved him, Peter watches their lives go on from a distance.
Several scenes reveal that Spider-Man’s physical abilities are developing perhaps beyond his understanding, creating a threat that feels both internal and external. One highlight is the appearance of Bruce Banner; Brand New Day gives a glimpse of a major clash between Spider-Man and Hulk, although the reason for this clash has not been revealed.
At the end of the promo, Spider-Man’s special funny style can also be seen. In one scene, when he is surrounded by a tactical team, Peter says he needs some time to stretch, and then says, “I’m not in high school anymore. Do you stretch? Do you stretch a lot? It’s good for your health.”
Along with Holland, several familiar faces are returning for the film, including Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando and Mark Ruffalo. New cast members to the franchise include Sadie Sink, Trammell Tillman, Liza Colon-Zayas and Marvin Jones II. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Eric Sommers, ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ is produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal.
The film is scheduled to release in theaters in India on July 30.
