As soon as social media users noticed Karan Johar’s ‘following list’, a round of speculations started. Karan has unfollowed many big faces from the industry including his close friends Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday and famous designer Manish Malhotra.
But netizens were left stunned when they saw that Karan still followed global star Priyanka Chopra. After this, many types of theories started forming on the internet, seeing which Karan Johar himself told the truth on his Instagram story.

Manish Malhotra threw a grand party on his 54th birthday
Interestingly, recently on 25th May, Karan Johar celebrated his 54th birthday. On this occasion, his closest friend Manish Malhotra hosted a grand party at his house. Many big stars like Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Kajol, Rani Mukherjee, Zoya Akhtar, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kiara Advani and Siddharth Malhotra attended this party.

Talking about work, Karan Johar made a great comeback as a director in the year 2023 with the film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, in which Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt were in the lead roles. Last week, the film ‘Chand Mera Dil’, made under the banner of his Dharma Productions, was released in theaters, in which Ananya Pandey and Lakshya are in lead roles.
