Now Jasmine told that she had a serious disease called terminal ileitis. In this disease, there is swelling in a part of the intestine, due to which there is a fear of bleeding. She is recovering from this.

Mumbai. Jasmine Bhasin celebrated her 36th birthday on 28 June. Jasmine went on a Dubai trip with boyfriend Ali Goni to celebrate her birthday. But his trip was ruined. Due to a medical emergency he had to be admitted to the hospital. Jasmine was diagnosed with a disease called ‘Terminal Ileitis’. While talking about the disease, Jasmine admitted that her condition worsened because she had not paid attention to its symptoms initially. He told that he started feeling low on the day of reaching Dubai.
According to Pinkvilla, Jasmine Bhasin told that she spent her birthday in the hotel room because her health was continuously deteriorating. Jasmine Bhasin said, “I reached the hospital and by the time I got tested, my CRP level (which is used to detect infection in the body) had crossed all levels and had reached very dangerous levels.”
Jasmine Bhasin had swelling in a part of her intestine.
Jasmine Bhasin said, “It should be between 0 to 5; my level was around 323… My scans… We have to get them done again because the doctors in Dubai told me that I have a serious disease called terminal illness. It is a very serious case. It causes swelling in a part of your intestine, and there can be many reasons for it.”

Jasmine Bhasin further said, “Now, by the grace of God, I am feeling really good. In the last one and a half month, I have fallen ill several times in a row. Now I feel scared to even say ‘Oh yes, I am feeling good’… I have gone through a lot of bad times in the last few months. I think my time has been very hectic and the Universe was trying to tell me ‘Jasmin, slow down a little.’ Jasmine, slow down a little…”
What is terminal ileitis?
Terminal ileitis is an inflammatory disease that affects the last part of the small intestine, the terminal ileum. According to a report published in the journal ‘Gastroenterology Research’, it usually causes pain in the lower right part of the stomach and sometimes diarrhea may also occur. In some cases, it can also lead to prolonged intestinal obstruction and bleeding.
