Mumbai. Gaurav Khanna’s wife Akanksha Chamola is participating as a contestant in ‘Lock Up: Sach Ya Saja’. As soon as she entered the show, she revealed about her divorce from Gaurav. Recently, Gaurav went to meet Akanksha on the show and told that the legal process has not started yet, but both of them have talked about divorce. Although many people thought it was a publicity stunt, Rubina Dilaik, who participated in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 15’ with Gaurav Khanna, and her husband Abhinav Shukla reacted to the news of their divorce.
In her latest vlog ‘POV’, Rubina Dilaik discussed with Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal how Gaurav had made fun of their marriage before going to ‘Bigg Boss 19’. Rubina said that Gaurav had gone to ‘Bigg Boss 19’ with the tag of ‘Green Flag’ and said, “As an actor, who has a very good image, when he was asked why he did not go to Bigg Boss with his wife, he said, ‘I don’t want to ruin my marriage a little like Rubina-Abhinav.’
Rubina Dilaik further said, “He made fun of our marriage, and now his wife is going on a show and saying that they are getting divorced and have been living separately for a year. We were really going through the phase of separation, it felt strange to be in the Bigg Boss house at that time.” Abhinav also talked about that comment of Gaurav.
Rubina Dilaik said, “GK (Gaurav Khanna) is very stupid, he said this to a very close friend who is my bestie. Maybe his intention was to convey this to us. Well, this reached to us, and in the end I was the one laughing.” Abhinav also talked about the difficult times in his and Rubina’s marriage.
Abhinav Shukla said, “Covid times were very bad, we were about to separate. If we had separated, we would not have gone to any show. Even if we had gone to the show, we would not have talked about it. We came together because of two people. My brother and his mother saved our marriage. I never told my parents, we were in our egos, but they showed us how small our fights were. Rubina was writing hate messages in a diary and Was in my ego.” At the same time, Rubina clarified that she had written about the boundaries to be set in marriage.
