Bollywood actresses Esha Gupta and Sonal Chauhan were among the thousands of travelers who were stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the past few days due to the ongoing war. After facing panic amid the horrific missile and drone attacks by Iran, Esha Gupta has now returned safely to India. While sharing his ordeal on social media, he has mentioned that scary scene.
Actress Esha Gupta on Tuesday said that she was stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and has now returned home safely. “I’m back home,” she said in a statement on Instagram. Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes. The situation we all were facing was very difficult. In fact, by the blessings of God I am safe.

Tension has increased in West Asia after the coordinated attack launched by America and Israel against Iran on February 28. Iran retaliated with drone and missile attacks on Israeli and US military bases in the Gulf region, as well as global trade hub Dubai. Gupta is known for acting in films like “Jannat 2”, “Rustom” and “Total Dhamaal”. The actress also described the tense atmosphere at the Abu Dhabi airport.
She said, “It all started on the 28th (Saturday) when I was at the airport. By 1 pm the airport was closed, there was chaos all around as none of us knew what had happened. Then news of missile attack started coming and no one knew what could happen to us in the next moment. People were encouraging each other, everyone was calling their families.

The actress praised the “restraint” of Abu Dhabi International Airport personnel and said security personnel and airport staff took immediate steps to maintain order. “I had not yet checked-in, so I flew back to my hotel in Abu Dhabi,” she said. Gupta said passengers were accommodated in available hotels and praised the dedication of hotel staff in such stressful circumstances. He also appreciated the airline personnel for providing assistance.
The actress said, “All this shows the determination and strength of a country. He took necessary measures when needed, did not blame anyone, only took concrete decisions. Thank you to everyone who is helping and doing so to help people around the world return home. Your country is truly special.”
Actress Sonal Chauhan has also informed her fans that she is returning home after being stranded in Dubai. The actress shared a few videos via ‘Instagram Stories’, in which she is seen driving to the airport in a car with Skylar Grey’s Coming Home song playing in the background.
