YouTuber and actor Elvish Yadav always remains in the headlines. Currently, Elvish Yadav is hosting his upcoming show ‘Engaged’ Season 2 with Jiya Shankar. The show’s premiere was scheduled for Saturday. Let us tell you that this series is the story of a group of young contestants who are searching for their life partners after heartbreak.

In the second episode, Elvish humorously took a dig at the slapping controversy of 2024 with Delhi-based YouTuber Sagar Thakur aka Maxturn. During the episode, former Splitsvilla contestant Nikhil Malik participated as a participant and played a fun game in which he had to guess a given clue about a female contestant who slapped a co-contestant on the show. After being correctly identified by Nikhil, Elvish joked, “Violence is not the solution, especially slapping… I am against these things.” When other contestants laughed at his comment, referring to the Maxtern controversy, he added, “I didn’t kill that, that was the AI.”

About the controversy between Elvish Yadav and Maxtern

The Elvish created a major controversy after attacking Maxtern in the year 2024. In a viral video, Elvish was seen approaching Maxtern at a clothing store and attacking him. Before McStern could react, Elvish allegedly began punching and kicking him, while several others joined in.

Elvish and his associates were seen throwing Maxtern to the ground, abusing him and repeatedly punching and slapping him. After this an FIR was registered against Elvish. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner later apologized for his violent behavior and clarified that Maxtern had allegedly threatened to burn him and his family alive.

However, within a few days, both of them termed the incident as a “misunderstanding” and resolved the dispute with the intervention of Rajat Dalal.

Interestingly, McStern is currently seen as a contestant on the reality show ‘The 50’, where he can often be heard talking about Elvish.
