Munawwar and his wife, celebrity makeup artist Mehjabeen Kotwala, have officially become parents. A little angel (daughter) has been born in their house, the information of which Munawwar shared with his fans through social media. The couple shared the happy news with their fans through an Instagram post. On Friday, Munawwar posted several pictures from the hospital, which showed his wife and newborn baby girl, but did not show anyone’s face.In the caption, Munawar Farooqui wrote, “Blesseds come to the house. Alhamdulillah, remember me especially in your prayers!”

Munawar Faruqui married makeup artist Mehjabeen Kotwala in a private ceremony in May 2024. At that time the couple had not made any official announcement of their marriage. During a conversation on Farah Khan’s YouTube channel, Munawwar talked about his decision to marry Mehjabeen and said, “When I came out of Bigg Boss, I was very busy with work. At that time Mikael (his son) was staying with my sister. He stayed with me for a week and we spent a lot of time together. When he started leaving, I felt that I don’t want to let him go. I realized that he needed me. He was with me all the time. Kept clinging.”
