For this, Bigg Boss asked everyone to become the director one by one. While being the Director, other members will have to find the letter in the name of the Director among many letters. The one who finds that letter will decide whether to tear the letter or give it to the Director. If he gives the letter to the operator, he will have to resign his captaincy. If he tears the letter, he will be a contender for captaincy.
