Bhagyashree reacted regarding the fee structure in the industry
While talking to Zoom, Bhagyashree said, ‘It depends on supply and demand. A woman can do hard work, but if the producer and director feel that she can be replaced by someone who is ready to work for the fee they want, then the director and producer can stick to that price. At that time the actress has to decide whether she wants to work or not. Unless women come together and say that we should be paid this much, this will not happen.

Bhagyashree further said, ‘When you are working with someone, it is not just a matter of payment, you should also like working with them. When you buy a flat and you are ready to pay a little extra because there is a swimming pool also. Why do you do this? But when you do not need these things then you pay less money. So I think this is a business strategy.
