Anurag Kashyap directed and Bobby Deol starrer crime thriller film ‘Bandar’ hit the theaters on June 5. This film has received good reviews from critics and audiences and Bobby’s acting is especially being praised, but the effect of this praise has not yet been reflected in the form of huge earnings at the box office. The beginning of this film was lackluster. Although it showed a slight lead on the weekend, it got flustered in the Monday test. Do you know how much collection ‘Bandar’ has made on the fourth day of its release i.e. first Monday?

How much did ‘Monkey’ earn on the fourth day?
According to Sacknilk’s early trend report, there has been a huge decline in the earnings of ‘Bandar’ on the first Monday and it has made the lowest single day earnings till date. The film has earned only Rs 24 lakh on the fourth day of its release. Let us tell you that the opening day collection of the film was Rs 50 lakh. Then on Saturday i.e. the second day, its earnings increased slightly and reached Rs 95 lakhs, and finally on Sunday the film touched the figure of Rs 1 crore. With this, its total gross earnings in India have now reached 3.22 crores and total net earnings have reached 2.69 crores.

Why is ‘Monkey’ not able to earn?
‘Bandar’ is facing tough competition from many other released films at the box office, like Varun Dhawan’s ‘Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’, Hollywood horror film ‘Obsession’, Ram Charan’s Telugu film ‘Peddi’ and many other films are becoming obstacles in its path. Anyway, ‘Bandar’ needs a special kind of audience and it is progressing on the basis of people’s conversations and reviews on social media, but on Monday it was seen dying at the box office.
