People had advised to take therapy

Neetu Kapoor said, ‘I think good friends are more important than any therapy. Every person should have four-five such close friends, to whom he can express whatever is on his mind without any fear. When a person shares his pain and troubles with trusted people, his mind becomes lighter. Many times the company of one’s own people becomes the greatest medicine.

Told friends and family as the biggest support

She further said, ‘After Rishi Kapoor’s departure, I was completely broken from inside. At that time I felt very sad and alone. When I used to sit with the therapist, I used to ask myself what the hell I was doing there. Unless a person himself decides to become strong from within, no one can handle him completely. In therapy, I was advised to meditate, count and adopt different methods, but I did not find all this right for me.
