A very sad and shocking news has come out from the Punjabi music world. The body of Punjabi singer Inder Kaur, who went missing under mysterious circumstances since May 13, has been recovered from a canal in Ludhiana. After this incident, there is a wave of mourning in entire Punjab and social media. After the death of Inder Kaur, now one of her five year old social media posts is going viral on the internet, which can give goosebumps to anyone after reading it.
Dead body found after missing, kidnapping case now converted into murder
According to police investigation, on May 13, Inder Kaur had left home in her car to go to the market, but she did not return. After her sudden disappearance, Inder’s brother directly accused Sukhwinder Singh alias Sukha of kidnapping his sister. Initially the police had registered only a case of kidnapping against Sukhwinder, but after the body was recovered from the canal, now murder and other related serious sections are being added to the case.

What did Inder Kaur write about death five years ago?
On May 14, 2021, almost five years ago, Inder Kaur posted a photo of herself with a caption that sounds scary now. He wrote in Hindi, “Don’t let death come, my role is still there… The loan that I had brought from my Lord is still there… I have given a lot of happiness, Ghalib… But I have yet to see my master’s fast. What I had brought from my Lord is yet to be repaid. O Ghalib, I have seen a lot of happiness, but I am yet to see the sacred sight of my master’s dargah.”

According to Inder’s family, Sukhwinder Singh was allegedly pressurizing him to get married, even though he was already married and had children. The family said that when Inder came to know the truth of her marriage, she backed out. Police believe that the two knew each other before, while sources claim that they first connected on Instagram about five years ago.

Investigators said that Sukhwinder, a resident of Moga, had come to Punjab from Canada via Nepal and it is believed that after planning the crime, he fled through the same route. Police have confirmed that his father Pritam Singh and his friend Karamjit Singh have been arrested in connection with this case. However, the main accused is still absconding.
Meanwhile, Inder’s body has been sent to Samrala Civil Hospital for postmortem. Police said that investigation is still going on.
