Choreographer Geeta Kapoor has taken on those who call TV reality shows scripted and fake. He candidly answered the questions raised on the authenticity of the shows. Giving an open challenge to the critics, he said that those who think it is just a TRP drama, should come to the set themselves and see the truth with their own eyes. These days Geeta Kapoor is judging ‘India’s Best Dancer Season 5’. He clarified that the emotional stories of the contestants or the decisions of the judges are never scripted.
New Delhi. Regarding the emotional stories of contestants shown in reality shows, the audience believes that these are just a means of collecting TRP. Often people call these shows and judges’ decisions completely scripted and fake. Now famous choreographer Geeta Kapoor has openly expressed her views on this entire controversy, social media trolling and misunderstandings. He has completely rejected these allegations and given a befitting reply to the critics and has revealed the real truth behind the shows.

Geeta said, ‘Those who criticize these shows should themselves come and participate in it. Think for yourself, how much can you go out and explain to people? How can one script a dance? Dance can be choreographed, it can be presented in a better way, one’s personality can be enhanced. If people call it scripting, it is just a planned way of showcasing talent. But when people say it is scripted, do they mean that the judges also speak scripted lines?
