Recently, the actress has been accused of duping an NRI man out of lakhs on the pretext of marriage. Now the police have registered a case in this matter. According to the report of Siasat Daily, a case has been registered against Ashu Reddy by Hyderabad Central Crime Station. A case of fraud worth crores has been registered against the actress.
There is a case of fraud of Rs 9.35 crore against actress Ashu Reddy. According to the complaint of a person named Satyanarayan, his son lives in London. The man met actress Ashu in the year 2018. Gradually this acquaintance turned into love and the actress even promised to marry the man.
Actress accused of duping NRI man
Now according to the family, she has gone back on her promise. The man’s father has accused the actress of misleading him on the pretext of marriage and taking gifts worth crores. According to her complaint, her son had bought several luxury cars, several flats and 5 kg of gold for the actress.
Actress’s sister took loan worth lakhs
According to the complainant, Ashu Reddy’s sister had also taken Rs 50 lakh from his son which was never returned. Now after the case has been registered, the actress has shared a post on social media and threatened to take action against the complainant. She writes that she will take strict action against the things that are being spread against her without her knowledge.
According to the report of Siasat Daily, Hyderabad Police has confirmed to register a case in this matter. The matter is under investigation. Deputy Commissioner of Police told S Chaitanya Kumar that initially this relationship seemed like a live-in relationship, but later as soon as the issue of money transaction came to light, the matter got complicated.
