Another golden chapter is about to be added to the list of achievements of K-pop’s global icon BTS. After taking the world by storm with their continued successes, the legendary group is now being honored with a special honor in the same land where their historic journey began. To mark the 30th anniversary of Arirang International Broadcasting, the group will be honored with the prestigious ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’. The award ceremony will be held at Arirang TV’s headquarters in Seoul.
Why is this honor so special for BTS?
The purpose of the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ is to pay tribute to BTS. The group has achieved achievements that no other band had achieved before. Through their music, the group has played an important role in spreading Korean culture throughout the world. Accomplishing Arirang’s mission
For a long time, Arirang TV has been serving as a bridge connecting Korean entertainment with international audiences. By honoring BTS, the broadcaster acknowledges the important role the group has played in furthering its mission of sharing Korean culture and stories with audiences around the world. BTS has previously appeared on Arirang TV shows such as ‘Simply K-Pop’ and ‘After School Club’.

There will also be a concert at the event
Held at Arirang TV Network’s headquarters in Seocho-dong, the event will also feature a special ‘talk concert’. This segment will feature new programs designed for the spring season. The event will be hosted by anchor Kim Da-mi and will feature hosts from various shows, as well as many other celebrities.
