Expressing grief, he said, ‘It was very scary to see inside the house that even the beautiful and fit people present there felt inferior. The environment there was such that no matter how good you look, you are made to believe that you are not good enough.
Difficult phase of diet and fitness
Ashnoor revealed that in the race to mold her body as per the society’s standards, she did many risky experiments with her health. She said, “I tried everything from taping myself to the ‘water diet’. I went on the ‘keto’ diet, changed dozens of workouts and even changed trainers, but nothing worked permanently.”

After a long struggle, Ashnoor realized that real confidence does not come from outside but from within. After battling body shaming and trauma, she learned to be kind to herself. While giving a message to the youth, he said that a lot of sorrow and stress starts accumulating in our body, hence be gentle with yourself and keep your mind calm.
