New Delhi. A new season of Smriti Irani’s popular show ‘Ki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ is coming. The audience of this show of Ekta Kapoor is eagerly waiting. In the TRP list too, ‘Sas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ has been number 1. Now the new season of the show i.e. ‘Sas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ is going to be on Star Plus in the next few days. Meanwhile, Smriti Irani, who plays Tulsi, said that she had reached for shooting only two days after giving birth to the child.

Producer Ekta Kapoor is also preparing for the show’s reboot these days. He said, ‘I think she (Smriti) was the only that came on the set only two days after the birth of the child, because she knew that it was necessary to do telecast on time and it could not happen without her.’ Smriti Irani said, ‘It did not matter what my gender is. The production house matters what you deliver as an actor. What is the real identity of your talent? On the basis of that you will get salary.

Smriti Irani became the mother of 2 children in the early times of ‘Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’. He recalled that the team had taken care of the distance between the set and the hospital keeping in mind their safety. He said, ‘We really measured the distance between the set and the hospital, so that it could be known how soon it can be reached in the emergency.’

Team focus was not on TRP

Smriti Irani revealed that TRP was never a focus, while ‘Because Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ was one of the highest TRP shows. He said, ‘It was the meaning of us that Oh, what he (by the writer) has written and what you can do on the screen. This was our full desire, ambition and the feeling that used to carry forward all of us together. The new season of ‘Because Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ is going to premiere on June 29 at 10:30 pm.
