‘सूफी न होते तो खुद को’, ‘इंडियाज गॉट लेटेंट’ विवाद के बाद सदमे में थीं अपूर्वा मखीजा, सुनाई आपबीती

People also expressed their displeasure with his statements, but the biggest impact on him was when ‘India’s Got Late’ came under everyone’s target after Ranveer Allahabadia’s disgusting statement. Now Apoorva Makhija became emotional remembering that difficult time.

Apoorva Makhija told that during that difficult period, she had thoughts of suicide, but content creator Sufi Motiwala gave her the most support. He stood by them, which gave them the strength to face the situation. The influencer expressed his pain while talking to Sufi Motiwala in the reality show ‘Lock Up Season 2’. Apoorva admitted that if Sufi had not been with her, she would not have been able to face that controversy.

Apoorva Makhija’s spilled pain
On meeting Sufi after a long time, Apoorva Makhija said, ‘I really missed you a lot. Don’t do that again, I feel like crying. Whenever someone asks me about you and says – how were you his friend? He is very mean. Then I tell them that if Sufi had not been with me at the time of the ‘latent’ dispute, I would have killed myself.

Sufi Motiwala immediately stopped Apoorva Makhija from making such statements. But Apoorva did not stop, she kept telling how much Sufi’s company meant to her at that time. She further says, ‘I am unable to recover from it. You were the only person who was with me. I was not dating anyone. Stayed like a friend in my life. Sufi Motiwala admitted that the time they spent together was one of the happiest periods of his life.

Sufi-Apoorva apologized to each other
Sufi Motiwala also expressed his feelings on his friendship with Apoorva. He said, ‘That one year was the most favorite of my life, when we were friends. I felt that I had a social circle in Bombay. There is someone I can go to whenever I want. I really missed you a lot. Both of them then apologized to each other. Apoorva again admitted that small things can cause a lot of pain. She said, ‘I’m sorry for not being able to create a safe environment when you needed it most.’
