‘I was being pressurized to sign the contract’
Shilpa said, ‘Pressure was being put on me to sign a contract. So that I don’t lose money and can’t increase the money. And I was like this is not my first show and I will not do this. that was it. It was such in the contract that you cannot work anywhere else. I had said that I don’t have to do it, where do I get the time? But I was trying to control myself.

Then I said ok I will not do it. I call all these big producers white collar mafia. At that time I was getting notices of Rs 12 crore-20 crore. My lawyer was bought. It was my belief that I had done something wrong otherwise nothing could happen to me.
