This is VJ Ruby Bhatia who once used to charge lakhs of rupees for a show. Ruby, who has been away from the screen for years, now gives coaching classes for Rs 1000-1000. A user shared Ruby’s video on social media platform X, in which she is seen inviting people to give life coaching for Rs 1000. His fans are upset after watching this video.
As soon as Ruby’s video started going viral, fans became very worried about her financial condition. In such a situation, VJ himself had to come forward and talk openly about his financial situation. She says that she has taken the decision of getting life coaching for Rs 1000 not because of any compulsion but to create balance in life.
Ruby Bhatia broke her silence
Talking to Bollywood Thikana, she recalled her golden days and said, ‘I used to charge around Rs 1 lakh per show for event anchoring in the 90s. For shoots, I used to charge per day according to the budget of the project. Ruby Bhatia, who has achieved immense success in the world of anchoring, distanced herself from the limelight and started living a simple life with her family. However, the renovation of a big house completely changed her financial plans.

Recalling that experience, she said, ‘I was spending around Rs 20,000 every day. Meanwhile the Covid-19 pandemic arrived and everything came to a halt. When the lockdown lifted, I felt that nothing was matching anymore, so I decided to get everything done again. Daily expenses started again. Gradually I spent a lot of money.
After spending all the money in renovating the house, Ruby had to look for work to support herself and her children. She says that she was looking for some work that she could do from her phone while sitting at home. She says that she was in dire need of work because she had spent all her money. However, she made it clear that she is not struggling financially. By the grace of God, he can still meet his expenses, but he is looking for work.
Today Ruby takes two-three calls a day, covering topics like personality development, meditation and weight management. His weight loss program is very popular because it is based on natural and safe methods – which he himself has adopted.
