Dhanashree Verma has reacted divorce from cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal for the first time. The actress and choreographer revealed that she had become very emotional in the court before the divorce decision came. Dhanashree has also talked about Chahal’s T-shirt stunt- Be your own sugar daddy on the day of divorce. The actress told that she did not consider it necessary to reply to the cricketer.
Talking in the podcast of Humans of Bombay, Dhanashree Verma said- ‘I still remember when I was standing there and the verdict was to be proclaimed, although we were fully prepared, but when it was happening, I was very emotional. I really started screaming in front of everyone. I cannot even tell what I was feeling at that time.
‘I just kept screaming and weeping’
Dhanashree further said- ‘I just remember that I just kept crying, I just kept screaming and weeping. Absolutely! All this happened and he (Yuzvendra Chahal) went out first. On the day of divorce, Yajuvendra Chahal went wearing a T-shirt written by ‘Be your own sugar daddy’. Regarding this, Dhanshree said- ‘You know that people will blame you. Before I came to know that this T-shirt stunt was done, we all knew that people would blame me for this.

The actress further says- ‘I think you have to be very matured in this matter. I have chosen this path. I chose maturity instead of making maturity statements that mature and public attention. But I will not choose this path because I do not want to harm my or their family values. We have to maintain respect.
Dhanashree says- ‘Whatever time you tell, they are just glimpses. Being a woman, we are taught to play, do the dam. Because we know our society well, our mother knows our society very well. You will be labeled.
