In a conversation with Brute India, Gaurav Khanna said about his and Akanksha’s relationship, ‘I am always known as a romantic actor on TV, but in real life I am not romantic and Akanksha has said this many times. My love story with Akanksha started suddenly and there are many things which have happened suddenly in my life. I had gone to an audition and saw Akanksha there for the first time and I liked her. Maybe he liked me too. After this we got married only after 8 to 9 months. We both are complete opposites of each other and opposite things attract a lot.

Akanksha made sacrifice

He further said, ‘Akanksha and I both like kids very much. Our family is big and everyone has children. But this is one’s own decision and emotion and Akanksha did not want kids, that is why I also supported it. I don’t do anything that she doesn’t want to do, that’s why I’m happy with whatever decisions she takes. When you marry someone, it is not just one person’s wish, but both of them and Akanksha has made a lot of sacrifices for me.
