Arun Govil and Deepika Chikhalia were seen in the roles of Ram and Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana, which was aired on Doordarshan 39 years ago. At the same time, there were some other artists whose fortunes were changed by Ramanand Sagar. One of them was Sanjay Jog who played the role of Ram’s brother Bharat in Ramayana.

But, the sad thing is that Sanjay Jog is no more in this world. When Sanjay Jog entered the Ramayana, he became famous in everyone’s eyes. He brought such life to the character with his acting that people became his admirers. Of course, Sanjay Joan may have immortalized this character with his acting, but his death happened in a very painful manner.

Sanjay Jog went into depression due to the flop of the film

Let us tell you that Sanjay Jog was not an actor from the beginning, rather he was a farmer and used to do farming. Even after he started acting, he used to do farming. Sanjay Jo was born on 24 September 1955 in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He studied till 10th class from Nagpur.

After that he came to Mumbai and started pursuing further studies. He was interested in acting, so after college he did an acting course from Filmalaya Studio. After that he got his first Marathi film Sapla, which flopped badly. After the flop of the film, he went into depression and went to his hometown and started farming.

However, he came to Mumbai again for some work and got a multi-starrer Marathi film. After that he never looked back. During this time he also got Ramayana. While acting, he continued farming. But fate had something else in store. On 27 November 1995, Sanjay Jog said goodbye to the world due to liver disease.
