Fraud of crores with 25 TV actors including Ankita-Tejasvi, fraud case registered

Mumbai. The TV industry is completely shaken. A case of fraud case has come to light, whose 25 celebs including Ankita Lokhande, Tejashwi Prakash, Adrija Roy and Ayush Sharma have been victims of cheating of about Rs 1.5 crore. A police complaint has been filed against 5 people, including owners of a Indore company- Sky 63 Energy Drinks, in a case of fraud of Rs 1.48 crore. The Mumbai Police has booked Tanish Chhajed and Manu Srivastava along with his colleagues Faizal Idri, Abdul and Hrithik Panchal on charges related to fraud.

The matter is currently under investigation. The police is trying to locate the suspects and recover the money. The energy drink company allegedly cheated a celebrity management firm- Ayman Entertainment. The owner of the management firm, Roshan Bhinder has lodged a complaint against Chhajed and Srivastava at Chembur police station.

According to Money Control reports, Tanish Chhajed and Manu Srivastava contacted the management firm in 2024 and described themselves as the owner of the Energy Drink Company. The accused allegedly hired the firm for a celebrity advertising campaign and promotion on social media. Roshan Bhinder arranged 25 celebrities for promotion.

100 TV celebs attended the event held in August

However, Manu Srivastava initially claimed that he had transferred Rs 10 lakh as advance payment, but Roshan Bhinder never received the payment. Despite this, Roshan Bhinder started planning the campaign and held a grand event on August 10, 2024 in Dadar, Mumbai.

Energy drink company fraud

100 celebrities including Arjun Bijlani, Abhishek Bajaj and Harsh Rajput participated in the promotional event. Of these, 25 celebrities were selected to camp. According to the deal, celebrities were to get a total payment of Rs 1.32 crore, while Roshan Bhinder’s commission was Rs 16.91 lakh. In an attempt to establish credibility, the accused shared a photo of a check of Rs 15 lakh, assuring that the funds would soon be transferred to Bhinder’s account.

Advance payment to firm TV celebs

Roshan Bhinder again started shooting for the advertising campaign, and the videos were shared on social media platforms. The accused again assured him that the payment would be transferred within 35 days. Bhinder had already given Rs 35 lakh to advance to some celebrities in advance.
