Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and blockbuster director Rohit Shetty are once again the target of the underworld. Harry Boxer, an alleged member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has issued a new threat to both the celebrities. This threat comes after reports said that these stars have filed a complaint with the police over security concerns.
 
Addressed to Ranveer Singh, the message said that he has advised Rohit Shetty to contact the police and warned that “even your next seven generations will not be able to harm us.”

The threat claimed that they knew where their managers lived, where they traveled daily, and where their families lived, and said that if they did not “change their ways” they would begin targeting the managers one by one. Along with this, he also took responsibility for the recent firing in Portugal related to confiscation of Indian passports.

Regarding the audio threats allegedly issued by Lawrence Bishnoi gang and Harry Boxer, Mumbai Police stands by its official statement. A senior officer of Mumbai Police Crime Branch said that the source of this audio message is mainly the media.
The police have received this audio only from media channels, so whether it actually belongs to a gang member or not will be confirmed only after proper investigation.

Mumbai Police has made it clear that it is very difficult to differentiate between copycat criminals and real threats. According to the police, many such fake audio messages can be easily created using AI. While social media and news outlets provide the platform for these messages to go viral, police are aware of the circulating audio and have confirmed that it will be thoroughly investigated.
