Netflix’s much-loved and critically acclaimed investigative crime thriller ‘Kohrra’ returns with its second season. The recently released trailer of ‘Kohra 2’ has created a sensation on the internet. This time the story has moved from Jagrana to the barns of Dalerpura, where the layers of secrets are going to be deeper and more emotional than before. At the center of the new season is the murder of a woman, played by Pooja Bhamarra, whose body is found in her brother’s barn, leaving the entire town trapped in a web of suspicion and hidden truths. Kohra Season 2 sees the return of Assistant Sub-Inspector Amarpal Garundi, once again played by Barun Sobti, but this time in an unknown area. Garundi moves away from its roots in Jagrana and makes a fresh start under a new commanding officer, Sub-Inspector Dhanwant Kaur, played by Mona Singh.
As the two officers delve deeper into the case, the investigation begins to expose not only the city’s secrets, but their own personal vulnerabilities. As the official proceedings progress, the list of suspects continues to grow, including the victim’s husband, played by Rannvijay Singha, while her brother, played by Anurag Arora, finds himself deeper and deeper into the case. The trailer sets the tone for the season, which promises a disturbing but interesting story.

Barun Sobti, who plays the role of Amarpal Garundi, shares, “Garundi starts this season with the hope of making a fresh start, but in a fog-like world, the past never goes away. The Fog Season 2 will stream on Netflix on February 11. The series is produced in association with Act Three under the banner of A Film Squad Production, produced by Saurabh Malhotra, Sudeep Sharma, Manuj Mitra and Tina Tharwani. The direction work has been handled by Sudeep Sharma and Faisal Rehman, while the series has been created and written by Gunjit Chopra, Diggi Sisodia and Sudeep Sharma.
Along with Mona Singh and Barun Sobti, the cast also includes Rannvijay Singha, Pooja Bhamra, Anurag Arora and Prerak Mehta.
