Gurmeet Choudhary Touches Wife Debina Bonnerjee Feet: If an actor gets a chance to play a role in Ramayana, he considers himself lucky. As soon as Ramanand Sagar’s name of Ramayana is taken, many characters start coming in the mind. Then whether it is Arun Govil, who plays Ram or Deepika Chikhalia, who plays mother Sita. The first episode of the show aired on Doordarshan on 25 January 1987. The popularity of this show was so much that there was silence on the streets. In 2008, Anand Sagar once again created a ‘Ramayana’ serial. In this, Ram and Sita were played by Gurmeet Chaudhary and Debina Banerjee. Later both of them got married.
Gurmeet and Debina started their career through ‘Ramayana’. This serial was also well liked. Gurmeet Chaudhary and Debina were already close to each other. Both played the role of ‘Ramayana’ Ram and Sita. Both of them did not let anyone find a clue on the set that they know each other. Gurmeet Chaudhary, who hails from Bihar, did a secret wedding in 2011 at a temple in Mumbai at the age of 19. Recently, Gurmeet touched his wife Debina’s feet in an event. The actress happily touched her feet and also blessed.
The entire incident is on 31 July. On the occasion of the launch of the show ‘Husband Wife Aur Panga’ in Mumbai, the couple told everyone about their relationship. Host Sonali Bendre and Munawar Farooqui are in this program. Debina first praised the husband, then told the story of Struggle. Immediately thereafter, Gurmeet touched his wife’s feet and Debina was also surprised and said, ‘Always stay happy’. Everyone laughed after seeing this.
In the show, Gurmeet told, ‘At one time when I was not doing anything but Debina was constantly moving forward in her career. She was earning a good name in South. I did not even have money for petrol. I just used to roam around on the bike. After this Debina said, ‘I used to pray that Gurmeet would do some work so that I can tell my parents that I want to marry this person.’ Hearing this, Gurmeet became emotional after listening to Debina and quickly proceeded to touch Debina’s feet. First, Debina folded her hands and then blessed her husband.
