एक्ट्रेस के साथ 24 लाख रुपए की धोखाधड़ी, फिल्ममेकर पर लगाया विश्वासघात का आरोप, दर्ज हुई FIR

Mumbai. At Oshiwara police station in Mumbai, TV actress Ruchi Gujjar has filed an FIR against filmmaker Karan Singh Chauhan for cheating, betrayal and threatening. This case is related to the economic controversy of Rs 24 lakh for making the co -producer of Hindi television serial. In a complaint given to the police by Ruchi Gujjar, it was said that between July 2023 and January 2024, he had transferred an amount of Rs 24 lakh to Karan’s company Studios and other accounts from his company SR Event and Entertainment to several installments.

Ruchi Gujjar told that Karan Singh Chauhan contacted him through WhatsApp and described himself as the creator of the Hindi serial and asked to launch the show on Sony TV. Ruchi further claimed that it was proposed to connect him as co-producers and documents related to the project were also sent. Relying on these things, Ruchi transferred this amount to different bank accounts of Karan.

Ruchi Gujjar alleged that despite paying so much money, no work started on the project. When he contacted Karan continuously, he kept avoiding making excuses. Later Karan said that he has invested this money in a film called ‘So Long Valley’ and will return the money when the film is sold. Ruchi said that when he came to know that the film was releasing on July 27, he asked Karan to return the money, after which Karan started threatening him.

Mumbai Police has registered a case against Karan Singh Chauhan under sections 318 (4), 352 and 351 (2) on the basis of interest of interest. Ruchi has given full details of transaction details, bank account number and its financial loss in the FIR. The Mumbai Police has started investigating the entire case and is investigating banking transactions, call records and other electronic evidence. According to police sources, the accused can soon be summoned for questioning in this case.
