Social media influencer and famous content creator Apoorva Mukhija (who is also known as ‘The Rebel Kid’) has created a stir after entering the reality show ‘Locked Up’ Season 2. She has entered the show not as a wild-card contestant, but as an ‘informer’ for jailers Farah Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh. However, while her entry on the show created a stir among the contestants, on an emotional turn Apoorva shared the most painful truth of her life. He told that due to the mental torture and trolling during the ‘India’s Got Latent’ controversy, he started having suicidal thoughts.

Apurva’s friend supported her in difficult times.
While talking to Sufi Motiwala in the recent episode of ‘Lock Up’ 2, Apoorva told that when she was embroiled in a big controversy due to ‘India’s Got Latent’, she was so mentally broken that she repeatedly thought of suicide. The person who stood with them as a shield during those difficult times was none other than Sufi, who himself is currently a contestant in ‘Lock Up’ 2.

After not talking for a year, Apoorva and Sufi resolved their old misunderstandings as soon as they got a chance in the show. Apoorva cried emotionally and said, ‘I missed you a lot. I will cry; Please don’t ever do this again. Whenever people asked me how I could be your friend and called you “mean”, I always used to say that if Sufi had not been with me during the 2025 controversy, I would have probably given up my life.

Admitting her mistake, Apoorva told Sufi, ‘I was not able to get through that difficult phase alone, but you were the only person who stood with me at every step. At that time I was not dating anyone nor was there anyone else around me. I sincerely apologize to you. I know small things hurt you. ‘Forgive me for not being able to create a safe environment for you when you needed it most.’
Hearing this, Sufi Motiwala also became very emotional. He said, ‘I really want to say that the year we became friends was the best time of my life. That’s when I felt that I had finally created my own social circle in Mumbai. It felt like there was someone I could go anywhere with without any hesitation. I also missed you a lot.
