During the event, Ranbir Kapoor gave an emotional speech for Arun Govil. The actor told that his character Ram in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana has influenced the audience of every generation. He cannot compare himself with Arun Govil’s character of Ram. The character of Ram is an inspiration for him and he hopes that the value he has given to the character of Ram can be carried forward.
Ranbir Kapoor further said, ‘For years you have fulfilled this responsibility with such decency, truthfulness and dignity. Your journey has been an inspiration not only for actors like me but for everyone. You have instilled faith in every person watching ‘Ramayana’ and inspired them. The way you have embodied the form of Lord Shri Ram within me, if I can achieve even a small part of it, then I will consider my hard work successful.
Ranbir has grown up with Ram’s ideals since childhood.
Not only this, Ranbir said, ‘Since childhood, I have grown up with Tri Ram’s blessings, his teachings and cherishing your face in my heart. We treat you like a member of our own family. Sir, thank you for everything.
When will the trailer of the film be released?
In this event, the makers have announced the trailer release date. He had informed through the post that the trailer of the film will be released on 24 July 2026.

Ramayana film is being said to be the most expensive film of Indian cinema. In this film, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in the role of Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi Sita, Yash Ravana, Sunny Deol Hanuman and Ravi Dubey Laxman. Along with this, Kajal Aggarwal will be seen in the role of Mandodari and Rakul Preet Singh in the role of Surpanakha and Kunal Kapoor will be seen in the role of Lord Indra. The film ‘Ramayana’ directed by director Nitesh Tiwari is a mega budget film, which has been made with a cost of around Rs 4000 crore. Let us tell you that this film is being made in two parts. Its first part is ready to release on Diwali this year. Whereas its second part will be released next year on Diwali 2027.
