Smita Bansal, who played Anandi’s mother-in-law Sumitra in Colors’ popular serial ‘Balika Vadhu’, is in the news these days. Recently, in an interview, he made such revelations about his shooting and old struggles that everyone was surprised to hear. Also, he has openly talked about many things while comparing the present system and the earlier one.
Change of clothes in open jeep
While talking to Bollywood Bubble, Smita Bansal recalled the shooting days and said that when she was shooting for a horror film, there was no such thing as vanity, due to which she had to change clothes in an open jeep. Curtains were put up to cover the jeep and he used to change clothes inside. At that time there was no make-up room and even chairs. Not only this, there were many problems regarding washroom also.
Trouble faced for washroom
He told that whenever there was shooting in some locality or street, he had to go to other people’s houses. Men could go anywhere, but women had to face this problem. Some people became happy and welcomed everyone. But many people refused and did not allow him to enter the house. However, at the time of shooting, a bus would come once and everyone would board it and go to the washroom. But if the need arose in between shooting, he had no option. That’s why he didn’t drink much water.

Regarding today’s time, Smita said that now there is vanity, earlier all this did not happen. Now everyone gets good facilities and the new coming artists get everything set. That’s why one doesn’t have to struggle like before. Although Smita now also demands a vanity van, but even if it is not available for outdoor shoots, she can manage. That struggle and experience has made him stronger and taught him a lot.
Smita’s career
Let us tell you that Smita started her career in 1998. However, she got household recognition from the character of Sumitra in ‘Balika Vadhu’. After this he worked in TV shows like Amanat, Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga and Bhagya Lakshmi.
