New Delhi. Famous TV actress Shilpa Shinde is once again in the news regarding her old controversy. Shilpa, who became a household name by playing the role of Angoori Bhabhi in ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’, has now made a revelation which has shocked everyone. But the actress has also told why she was silent till now.

Recently, Shilpa Shinde spoke openly on this controversy in the podcast of Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa. She told that she wanted to tell the truth long ago, but at that time there was an agreement between both the parties that no statement would be made in the media on this matter.

Speaking to IANS, Shilpa said that she was not silent because of fear. She says that she was never afraid of anything and she always lived life on her own terms. Shilpa Shinde told that at that time the situation had become such that she had no other way out of that situation. So she filed a case of sexual harassment against the producer. It was not that I was scared because there was no fear. Such things keep happening to me because I have never considered money important.

‘They wanted to keep me tied to the contract’

The actress alleges that during that time many types of allegations were made against her. According to him, in view of the tremendous popularity of the show, an attempt was being made to keep him tied to a contract. Shilpa said that whenever she finds something wrong, she does not shy away from raising her voice against it. She always expressed her views openly even on the set.

Many projects were also lost

Shilpa says that when she feels uncomfortable in any environment, she isolates herself from there. Due to this thinking, she had to leave many big projects in her career. During the podcast, Shilpa Shinde said, “Very few people know this. I am not afraid of speaking the truth. I had filed a case of sexual harassment against the producer because I had no other option at that time. Through that, I was able to come out of that situation and later the matter was resolved.”
