On May 13, Mouni Roy, instead of clarifying the separation news, wished her sister on her birthday. “My sister, always be there for me, in joy or sorrow. Happy Birthday, my everything. I love your sense of humor, your wisdom, your beauty inside and out and everything that makes you ‘you’! I love you so much! No words can express how much I love you and you already know that. However, you are definitely a witch,” she wrote while posting several family photos.

When Mouni and Sooraj talked about their future life
Mouni and Suraj come from completely different worlds. While Mouni is a famous actress, Sooraj is a businessman based in Dubai. In a throwback 2023 interview with ‘Wed Me Good’, the two opened up about marriage, togetherness and the little things that keep them happy together. Talking about what they want next in life as a couple, Mouni had said, “Just being together, having fun on the road and doing great things at work.” Whereas, Suraj kept it simple and thoughtful. He said, “Just do your best today and let tomorrow take its shape.”
How did Mouni and Suraj meet?
Mouni once told that she met Sooraj in a club. Soon after, their friendship deepened and the two started dating each other. During the lockdown, Mouni got stuck in Dubai and lived with Sooraj for almost seven years. On January 27, 2022, the couple got married as per Bengali and Malayalam customs. They often posted lovely pictures with each other. The news of their alleged separation has left their fans in shock. There has been no official confirmation from either side yet.
