Through this video, she told that women should avoid doing certain exercises and reverse poses during their periods. Shilpa shared the video and wrote, ‘Every yoga posture makes you strong and flexible both in body and mind.’
Describing the benefits of the pose, he wrote, ‘Regular practice of this pose improves blood flow in the brain, thyroid and parathyroid glands function properly. Also, it helps in reducing stress and anxiety. Digestion improves and the face gets a natural glow. Also the muscles of neck, shoulders and stomach become stronger.
