Besides, it is near many big landmarks of Dubai, which further increases its specialty.

Talking about this property, Tiger said, ‘Dubai has always been known for its lifestyle, infrastructure and growth, which has impressed me a lot. When I was thinking of investing in it, Breeze by Danube was the one that appealed to me the best. Its price is continuously increasing, hence this was a good opportunity for me to buy an apartment in Dubai. Now I can call Dubai my second home.

In India, Tiger Shroff has a luxurious 8 BHK apartment in Mumbai, which is in an expensive area like Rustomjee Paramount. Apart from this, he has a bungalow in Pune, the value of which is said to be around Rs 7.5 crore.
Tiger’s upcoming projects
Let us tell you, Tiger was last seen in his film ‘Baaghi 4’, which was released in 2025 and proved to be a flop at the box office. According to media reports, this year Tiger will be seen in the film ‘Vajra’, which is said to be an action film.
