Jasmine Sandlas said in Ranveer Allahabadia’s podcast, ‘I have struggled a lot. I think growing up, I went through many periods in my life where I had to figure things out on my own. That journey was not easy. A lot happens in life. This is very difficult not only for the parents but also for the children. We need right guidance and love… Why are parents so strict with children? When life really gets tough, you look for support. During those 2-3 years when I drank alcohol, I regret some of my decisions.

Jasmine Sandlas was addicted to alcohol
Singer further said, ‘A lot of things were happening simultaneously. On one hand I was becoming famous, on the other hand I was feeling a lot from inside, there were problems in the family. My family relationships broke down, my father passed away, and I had become successful. I drank excessively, which I regret, but it seemed necessary to me at that time.
My parents broke my heart – Jasmine Sandlas
Jasmine Sandlas told that her parents broke her heart a lot. He said, ‘I suffered many heartbreaks from my parents in my childhood. He hurt me many times unknowingly, so there is some resentment in my mind somewhere. I love them, but when a child’s heart breaks, it’s bound to break. When you don’t have a safe place to go, you start frantically searching everywhere for your home. I also did the same throughout my life, just kept searching for belonging.
